All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.
A 12.5% service and processing fee applies on all cancellations.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If the product is faulty or not in accordance with your order you should notify The My Rug Store Team of your intent to return the product.
Otherwise you will waive any right to reject them.
Should you request a refund, the amount refunded will exclude the original cost of shipping incurred by My Rug Store.
A non-refundable dollar amount is
Items over $100 – $29 per item (product packing & handling fee).
Items between $50 – $99.99 – $19 per item (product packing & handling fee).
Items under $50 – $10 per item (product packing & handling fee).
Your refund will be processed 24-48 hours after receipt of the returned item.
Refunds may be held in credit against your account for future purchases if requested, or directly refunded via the original mode of payment (i.e. your credit card or PayPal account)
You can return your product anytime within 15 days for an exchange or full refund (not including the product packing and handling fee) subject to the following conditions.
Items must be shipped back to the Regional Office & Warehouse (see address at bottom of this page)
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
