• 「找不到定位」- 在設定 ROI 步驟中使用定位時發生此錯誤，感測器看不到您訓練的唯一功能。請使用左上角的覆蓋按鈕切換到完整視野，並將功能移動到感測器的視野中。如果此功能在攝影機的視野中找不到，請重新訓練定位工具。
• 「目標區域超出範圍」- 當感測器在視野中找到您的定位工具，但目標區域方塊超出影像的邊界時會出現此錯誤。請將您的零件調整回感測器的視野，或在設定 ROI 步驟中縮小目標區域方塊。

For all In-Sight SnAPP firmware versions, you can perform a software factory reset via the Device Discovery Utility. For devices running 23.2.0 firmware or newer, you’re now able to perform a hardware reset via the TRIG and TUNE buttons.

1. Press and hold the TUNE button from initial power on
2. Wait for the ring lights to start flashing between green and red, with an audible beep.
3. Within the next 10 seconds, continue holding the TUNE button down, and press the TRIG button once. You will hear another beep.
4. You can now let go of the TUNE button. The device will perform a factory reset and reboot.

Any deviations from this exact sequence will abort the process and result in the device booting up normally. Please note that performing a factory reset will clear all settings and program files, including password protection.
